Here is a cool fill I find myself playing on tunes like Superstition where switching between straight and swung notes is really fun. 

It is called the “5+1″ fill because it is a group of five in the hands, and you throw in a bass drum on the last note of the sextuplet. This fill can spice up your 16th note triplet fills because it really does sound like groups of 5 if you phrase it correctly. Enjoy!
